Redcoat, Miller and I undertook the epic ride from Boulder to Breckenridge via the Red Zinger classic route (mostly). We climbed Coal Creek Canyon, Oh My God Road, Guanella Pass, Kenosha Pass, and Boreas Pass. I don't know the verticle gain of the ride, but it was 115 miles and took us 12.5 hours. Epic. Now I understand why people were switching to mountain bikes for the descents of Guanella, it was terrible.
